1. Warranty Coverage

Jadelamps provides a 2-year limited warranty for all lighting products from the original purchase date (valid proof of purchase required). This warranty covers:

  • Material or workmanship defects: Including structural components, LED modules, electrical parts (e.g., drivers, wiring), and original accessories.

  • Functional failures: Issues such as failure to power on, flickering, or overheating under normal usage conditions.


2. Exclusions

This warranty does not apply to:

  • Misuse or abuse: Improper installation, exposure to extreme temperatures/humidity/corrosive environments, or failure to follow product instructions.

  • Physical damage: Accidental drops, liquid ingress, unauthorized modifications, or use of non-original components.

  • Unauthorized repairs: Any repairs attempted by third parties without prior written approval from Jadelamps.

  • Consumables: Natural wear and tear of replaceable bulbs (if applicable).


3. Claim Process

To request warranty service:

  1. Contact Support: Email support@jadelamps.com within 48 hours of discovering the issue. Include your order number, product photos/videos, and a detailed description.

  2. Evaluation: Our team will review your claim within 3 business days.

  3. Resolution: If approved, we will repair, replace, or refund the product (at Jadelamps' discretion).

  4. Returns: A prepaid shipping label will be provided for returns (U.S. domestic addresses only).


4. Limitations

  • This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

  • Jadelamps is not liable for indirect damages (e.g., installation costs, lost profits).

  • Commercial/resale purchases, refurbished units, or demo products are excluded.

  • This policy does not override statutory rights under your state’s consumer laws.
